The apartment is a 5-minutes drive to La Cala Mijas. So a car is recommended.
La Cala de Mijas is a village which, within a few years, has increased from 4,000 to over 10,000 registered inhabitants. It is located approx. 35 km west of Malaga.
There are beautiful beaches and a built-up promenade of over 6 km in the direction of Marbella. Along the beaches there are a number of chiringuitos. Annually, the area has approx. 320 sunny days, and it is an attractive area for golfers.

This lovely front-line golf apartment is located on the 1st floor and is furnished to a high standard. The lounge/diner area is decorated in soothing neutral colors. It is equipped with a 55 inch TV which offers over 3,500 channels. From the lounge you gain access to the south facing terrace, furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing breakfast, or the last evening drink, while taking in the lovely views across the complex to the sea. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has a capsule coffee machine.

The master bedroom is furnished with a large, Super-King sized bed 180 x 200 cm and benefits from fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower and direct access to the terrace.
