A 2nd floor penthouse apartment with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. 1 kingsize, 1 double & 1 twin bedded room. Main bathroom, and en-suite to the master bedroom. An open plan kitchen/living area leads on to the balcony, with stairs up to the large private rooftop solarium. The apartment has stunning views overlooking the golf academy driving range and sea. A short distance to the three superb golf courses at La Cala resort, together with the fantastic clubhouse.

Please note that a family sized BBQ is available for a fee of 50€. This is charged to cover the cleaning and gas. This can be added during the booking process.

Cancellation / Prepayment
Full Refund: Guests receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided cancelation is at least 14 days before the check-in date.
50% Refund: If the guest cancels after the first 48 hours but at least 14 days before check-in date, they receive 50% refund.
No Refund: If the guest cancels less than 14 days before check-in date, they receive no refund.
